Who We Are

Ark of Freedom Alliance is a survivor-led human rights organization utilizing a public health approach to prevent the trafficking of marginalized youth and young adults through community education and mobilization, and the provision and coordination of preventative education and outreach, mentoring, housing, mental health services and economic empowerment.

WHO WE SERVE

Male, female, LGBTQ, aging-out foster youth, and young adult survivors of violence, human trafficking and exploitation, and those at risk, with a focus on those experiencing homelessness, and / or those challenged with mental health and addiction disorders.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS

Community education and awareness, prevention education, street outreach, advocacy, care management, survivor-mentoring, psychological stabilization, functional parity, trauma resolution, integration into larger community, emergency and transitional housing, access to education, economic empowerment, transportation and relocation, civic engagement and service
